Although we aim to make surplus income (i.e. a profit), this income is put back into the company and not distributed to directors or other stakeholders. We operate as a not-for-profit company. Our commitment is to projects that have an environmental benefit as well as providing other benefits in terms of social inclusion, education, raising the local economy etc. Please go to the news page to see updates on our latest projects.

We are in a unique position in Bransholme. Although we are in a city estate with some of the most deprived wards in the country, we are also at the edge of the city boundary and look out over fields and countryside. We aim to make the most of the resources we have on the estate. The most important being the enthusiasm and motivation of the people!
